Stage 3 Survey Schedule

Stage 3 Surveys will be sent to departments by Area. Departments will receive a survey that includes all the department's buildings, regardless of area.If you have questions or did not receive your survey, please contact the Network 21 Consultants: JC Alden, 752-4824, John Martinez, 752-8187, or Project Assistant: Susan Stagner, 752-6021.

Surveys will be sent and due on the following dates. If the surveys are not received by the due date, the department's cutover will consist of the NAMs appearing on the survey and all the NAMs will be configured into one VLAN for a department.

Return completed surveys via campus mail to: Network 21 - Communications Resources.
