| The NETWORK 21 PROJECT goal was to construct a new communications infrastructure at UC Davis. This upgraded infrastructure enabled access to, and exchange of, audio, data, images and video both locally and globally through connection to regional, national and international networks. The Network 21 project concluded successfully in December 1998. |  |
